Home Buying Assistance from the City of San Antonio

The city of San Antonio is again offering help to home buyers in 2010 by offering classes for home buyers and down payment assistance. There are stipulations and qualifications and limitations as you may have guessed...here are a few brief highlights

* home must be in the City of San Antonio taxing authority
* upper limit for price at $110,000
* max assistance of $12,000 to be repaid at 3% interest rate
